I'M BETHANY

 

A small town North Carolina native, I married an Aussie and have three young children. A primary teacher, health coach, yoga instructor and whole food enthusiast, you'll find me coaching women, cooking in the kitchen and juggling family, work & life.

 

I'm on a mission to empower you with knowledge about food so you can make informed choices and transform your health. I'm here for the long haul. Longevity is my jam and I want to live a vibrant life free from lifestyle diseases that are now all too common and accepted.

MY STORY

 

I was three weeks into having a newborn and toddler at home. I was so exhausted all the time my body just hurt. I couldn't make it to 7pm let alone the dream feed before wanting to pass out. I thought this was just how it was. What I didn't realise, was that it didn't have to be this way.

My husband showed me some research on the benefits of a whole food plant based diet. I'm usually pretty open minded so I thought, why not give it a go? Within weeks of eliminating most of the processed foods in our diet and incorporating more whole foods, I was astonished at the difference it made. My energy levels went through the roof and I felt amazing. I couldn't believe the difference. This was the starting point of my journey.

In the last 7 years I have completed a plant based cooking course, become a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, a Yoga Instructor and have developed a passion for food as medicine, gut health and helping women prioritise themselves and their health in order to transform their lives. I'm on a mission. Who's coming with me?
